FAQs

This desktop site is designed for users to join the waitlist and for us to provide information only. The mobile app is the only way to set up and manage your profile. For assistance with the app, please feel free to watch one of our helpful tutorial videos (coming soon) or give us a call and have one of our awesome team-members walk you through each step!

The initial set up will offer a questionnaire, in which we highly recommend taking about five minutes to fill out completely. This information will be plugged into our job seeking system and match you with the best jobs and candidates for what you are looking for.

The app is free to download and the profile is free to set up and use for all dental job seekers!. For dental offices- The profile is Free to set up, and then monthly/ annual rates based on selected plan will be charged after free trial expires. Trust me- this will be worth every penny!

As a dental employer, you will have a few different options to chose from. Chose to pay as you go or save money by selecting an annual membership! Trust me- it’s be worth every penny to have access to quality candidates at the tips of your fingers! We recommend reviewing our membership list through the app.

After setting up your candidate profile, select the hashmarks on the upper left corner of your screen to view your menu and search for a job within selected range of your location!

We highly recommend starting with adding a professional picture to your profile. We can not stress this enough! So many employers have admitted that they won’t even consider someone for a job if they do not see a picture, as it shows they did not care enough about spending the time to upload a photo.

We also recommend adding any additional skills, education and references to your profile, so dental employers can chose the best profile.

At the conclusion of each shift you work through our mobile app, you will be given a performance survey and so will the employer that you worked for that day. This is crucial to your ranking. You and the employer each get to rate each other with 5 stars being the best score and 1 being the lowest. Be sure to always be on time, come to work with a “Can do” attitude, be as thorough as possible with your patients and your work, and be sure that you are easy to get a hold of throughout the hire process. Maintaining a 5 star rating is what will help employers see your page before others with lower ratings.

It is not required, but it is highly recommended, as many employers perceive not doing this as being lazy and not caring enough about the job.

No! You do not. The questionnaire that you fill out upon profile creation is what will be used as your resume and will help get you matched with offices that you want to work for. Additionally, you can add references, and chose to display them on your profile or release them upon request.
